CaveLifting is a program specifically designed to enable gains in strength, muscular shape, tone and as a by-product better body composition. Our group of dedicated coaches construct training blocks that run on a 9-10 week basis however it is not required to start at the beginning of each block. Sessions are designed to be adapted to suit all ability levels on any given week.
A huge emphasis is placed on technique and exercise execution no matter what your previous experience may be. This way CaveFitter’s aren’t only getting a great workout, they are also being educated in the process. Skilled coaches work with the group week in week out and are able to aid and push each individual to their full potential.
